The Cornyval Parade is a Texas tradition. Floats, marching units, bands and just plain folks come from all over south Texas to participate in the parade. The parade will kick off at 9:30 AM Saturday April 30th. The parade will start at Leslie Road near the Cornyval Grounds and proceed up the northbound lane of Bandera to old downtown Helotes.  
Come see the Float bearing Miss Helotes and her Court, the most beautiful and talented group of young ladies in the world, bar none.

Come early to find your spot and have a tailgate party.

Persons interested in participating in the parade need to have their entry form submitted no later than Friday, April 15, 2011.  A written confirmation of receipt of all parade entries will be mailed.  If you submitted a Parade Entry Form & have not received written confirmation back by April 22, 2011 please contact the Parade Coordinator at the numbers above.  You will need to present your confirmation to a parade lineup Volunteer the morning of the parade.  You will not be issued a lineup number without your written confirmation.”
