CONDITIONS FOR ENTRY:

1.   Sign up at L & M Feed & Pet Supply (formerly known as Hill Country Feed) on  SATURDAY,

      APRIL 19, 2008 AT 11:00 a.m. on a first come basis - NO EARLY ENTRIES; however, Helotes

      Festival Association has option to allow Rodeo Sponsor entries for eligible children in addition to

      pre-entries;

2.   Indicate on sign up sheet preference for either Thursday or Friday Mutton Bustin'; however,

      representative of  Helotes Festival Association will call to confirm eligibility and date; Entry is not

      final until information has been confirmed for eligibility and you have received a call;  HFA has

      option to chose substitute child who meets qualifications in the event of ineligibility or no-show;

3.   Child must weigh no more than 50 pounds;

4.   Both parents or guardian must complete and sign release form provided by

      Helotes Festival Association;

5.   Bring completed release form to Rodeo grounds at 7:00 p.m. on date notified;

6.   Child must have rodeo ticket for entry;

7.   $3 Entry Fee will be collected at Rodeo;

8.   Protective gear provided by Helotes Festival Association

      (vest, helmet and mouthpiece) must be worn by all participants;

9.   Child must be wearing jeans and long sleeve shirt; NO SPURS ALLOWED!

10.  Judges will score each contestant.  JUDGE'S DECISION WILL BE FINAL;

11.   All contestants will receive a trophy;

12.  The top 5 contestants from Thursday night and the top 5 contestants from Friday night will become

       finalist and will be provided with an invitation and 3 rodeo passes (for child and 2 adults) to return

       on Saturday night for the MUTTON BUSTIN' FINALS;

13.  Winner of Saturday night's MUTTON BUSTIN' FINALS will receive a Mutton Bustin' Championship
